Decide that You’re Ready

I want to let you in on a secret...to be successful in business you don’t necessarily have to be “the smartest” or “the best”. It’s not a popularity contest and there is more than enough room for everyone! But you do have to choose yourself.

Honestly, it’s probably one of the harder lessons to master. Women especially don’t like to be brag or be seen as overconfident.

Maybe it feels like others will think you "are better than them" if you admit you believe in yourself or like yourself...let alone that you believe in your business.

But the truth is... no one is going to 'choose you.’ You have to choose yourself.

When I first started teaching personal development and coaching over twenty years ago— I didn’t exactly look like and feel like a success story.

But I started small. And most importantly, I declared myself ready.

When I first jumped into the Corporate world and started working with other Fortune 100 execs, I didn’t fit the mold.

But I showed up. Ready to get to work and determined to produce results, so I did!

When I moved my business online, my first online course started with four people. Now, there are thousands all over the world who have purchased my digital products, signed up for challenges, and who have downloaded my free tools.

I declared myself an author way before anyone else believed or knew I was one. I didn’t wait for someone to anoint me. I didn’t wait to be chosen.

I DECIDED there was room for me.

I COMMITTED to believing I was good enough and that my dream was worthy. Even when I was still scared!

The same can be true for you. Decide you are ready.

Here’s your mantra:
I am ready. It’s my time.
What I desire is destined for me.
