Let's get practical. One of the best tools for realizing your goals is your calendar.
Why? Because scheduling it in makes it real. It's a commitment.
This is an important practical and metaphysical technique. If there is something you really want to go to (virtually or IRL) - a conference, a retreat, an exercise class, a vacation - schedule it in.
If it’s something you want to achieve or do - schedule it in! (Obviously, this applies to money-making efforts too! For example, scheduling those sales calls!)
When you do this, you are energetically making space and telling the Universe you are ready. Ready to make the sales. Ready for that vacation. Ready for your best body... whatever it is!
Practically speaking it will also declutter your schedule so you can actually get to the class, go to the conference, take the vacation, write the book, make the sales calls....actually do the damn thing.
If you are hesitating to make a firm commitment, notice if maybe you don't really want it or really believe that it's going to happen.
Must do’s:
1) Do it. Make energetic space.
2) Get out your calendar and use it to make your dreams and goals real. Put something in your calendar NOW. Commit. Claim it.
