1. How long are Alexandra's presentations?

Alexandra tailors all of her presentations to meet your group needs, timeframe, size and theme. She will work with you to fit your parameters.  For your planning purposes, her keynotes typically run from 45-90 minutes, breakout sessions 1-2 hours, half day sessions 3-4 hours and full day 7-8 hours.

2. What are the AV and staging requirements?

3. What are Alexandra's speaking fees?

Fees range from $1000 - $10,000 for keynotes and workshops based on the length/ type of engagement, and the amount of customization required. For smaller talks and more intimate groups fee structures can vary. Please email [email protected] to discuss your event specifics and get a quote. A 50% deposit is required to secure booking dates.

4. How does Alexandra handle expenses?

Alexandra travels from Newport Beach (Orange County, CA) will either include a flat travel package customized for your event location (to cover transportation related fees, parking, meals and hotel, if a hotel-block is not in place) in the quote. Or she can bill for all travel expenses as incurred.   

5. Are there any other expenses we need to know about?

If you plan to capture Alexandra's presentation on audio or video, written permission must be obtained prior to the event. Alexandra must receive a copy of any recordings that are made and both parties must agree to what can be released publicly. Depending on the use of the recording, a surcharge may be involved. If evaluations are distributed, Alexandra would like to receive a copy of all completed evaluations within a month post-program if possible. 

6. What about Alexandra's biography and introduction?

Alexandra will bring (and e-mail) an introduction customized for your presentation.
